(1) Anyone using any service and/or product that is available on this site of Shelia Stone Photography, further to be called "the Product", will never obtain any right of ownership regarding the Product. After having used the Product, not restricted to downloading the Product, the user is irrevocably presumed to have read and understood the contents and have accepted without any reservation the terms and conditions of this license, including the (by Shelia Stone Photography to be altered) prices mentioned and to be charged by Shelia Stone Photography Any use which is not according to the terms and conditions of this license shall be considered as a violation of the rights, not limited to the copyrights held by Shelia Stone Photography Therefore: carefully read the provisions of this License Agreement. (2) By using the Product, supplied by and/or available through this site of Shelia Stone Photography, all users of the Product are allowed to use this Product on the express condition that the following terms and conditions are duly complied with. (3) The user is understood to be a person and/or legal entity having acquired the Product only on his/her own behalf. Consequently, the user will be considered as the sole holder of this license. (4) Shelia Stone Photography and/or its suppliers is/are the sole owner of all copyrights and other related rights related to the Product. (5) A user of the Product is only allowed: To reproduce, display, print, adapt and publish the Product using any and all media, restricted by the terms and conditions as set out below. To make one (1) back-up copy of the Product for archive or storage purposes. To use the Product for and/or on behalf of a third party, being not the holder of the present license, provided that this use does not allow the aforementioned third party free access to the Products and all reproductions and/or adaptations of it, as if the third party could be considered as a user according to the terms and conditions of this license-agreement. (7) The user is not allowed to: copy and/or adapt the Product or the accompanying written and/or visual materials, except the events as authorized in this license-agreement. Reproduce the Product for commercial purposes. The user accepts hereby that he is fully liable for the consequences arising out of unauthorized commercial use, not limited to infringement of copyright and criminal offence against the applicable Criminal Laws. Providing the Product and/or copies of it and/or adaptations of it to more than 5 persons, whether through duplication and/or by making them available via Internet, Intranet, Extranet, or through file sharing. Create or having being created a scandalous, obscene or immoral work by using the Product. Distribute or sell the Product by associating them with one or more other works rent, sell, lend or otherwise grant rights regarding the Product outside the restricted events as indicated above. (8) This license shall remain in full force and will be effective during the time in which the Product is or can be considered to be used as a license in regard to this license-agreement. of the Product. (9) Upon expiration of this license-agreement, the user hereby agrees to destroy all copies he has made of the Product (10) Shelia Stone Photography hereby guarantees the workmanship of this Product for three days following the date of first use, which is to be considered as the first time a Product has been downloaded. When ever a defect occurs due to the downloading appearing during the three day period, Shelia Stone Photography's distributor will replace the defective Product. (11) The Product is provided as is, under the guarantees provided above and/or terms and/or conditions as agreed in writing, either digital or not. All risks related to the results or performance of the Product are assumed by the user.
